Terms and Conditions & Privacy Notice
Please read these documents before creating your account. You can browse public listings without signing up.
Version September 27, 2026. Applies to accounts created under this version. The service currently includes demonstration content; real account features are identified separately.
1. About ZamPlace and this agreement
ZamPlace is a property discovery and communication service for Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. The service uses the operating name Zamplace; business registration is planned. Contact us through support in the Help Center. The planned address richwin@zamplace.com cannot receive messages yet. A confirmed legal operator identity and a working public contact channel must be published before the separate production launch.
By choosing Agree after reading these terms and creating your account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The separate Privacy Notice below explains how information is processed; accepting these terms is not permission for unrelated marketing or optional uses of your information.
ZamPlace helps people discover listings and communicate with each other. It is not automatically the owner, landlord, broker, accommodation provider or a party to a transaction shown on the service. Any different role or paid service must be clearly disclosed before you choose it.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for a business or property owner, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and do not share your login. Use individual team invitations when team access is available.
Do not impersonate another person, claim staff privileges or use another person's account. Let us know through an available support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. Email verification is available only when the profile page shows it as enabled. Phone verification and password recovery are deferred; keep your credentials secure. An unverified contact must not be treated as proof of identity.
Demo accounts and sample listings are for exploration. They do not give access to real users' private accounts or authorize real transactions. Browser-local demo changes may be lost when site data is cleared.
3. Posting and responding to listings
Post only property you own or are authorized to advertise. Keep the price, fees, availability, location, media and material restrictions accurate. Clearly disclose required deposits, charges, cancellation conditions and your role in the transaction. Do not claim licenses, ownership, inspections or verification you do not have.
You are responsible for complying with applicable property, professional licensing, accommodation, consumer and tax requirements. Correct or withdraw misleading or unavailable listings promptly. Platform moderation or featured placement is not a guarantee of title, safety, availability or a successful transaction.
Approximate map locations are intentional when a lister chooses location privacy. Check the actual property and authority to transact before making a commitment.
4. Inquiries, viewings, offers and payments
Confirm viewing arrangements directly with the other party. Offer, counteroffer and viewing tools help you communicate; their legal effect depends on what the parties actually agree and applicable law. Do not assume that pressing a button transfers ownership, guarantees a booking or settles a legal dispute.
ZamPlace does not provide checkout, escrow, payment protection or guaranteed refunds in this release. Any deposit, rental, sale or accommodation payment arranged outside the service is handled by the relevant parties. Verify payment instructions and written terms before paying.
We will disclose any future platform charge and applicable payment terms before asking you to pay. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
5. Community and fair-use rules
Do not post scams, unlawful discrimination, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, stolen content, malware, spam or misleading property information. Do not scrape private information, bypass access controls, create fake engagement or manipulate ratings and success records.
Looking For requests, replies, lead notes and messages must relate to legitimate property activity. Do not upload identity documents, payment credentials or another person's sensitive information into public descriptions. Ratings must reflect your own genuine experience and must not be purchased or fabricated.
6. Your content and AI assistance
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. You grant the operator a non-exclusive right to host, store, display, format and moderate the content as needed to provide ZamPlace, consistent with your visibility choices and this Privacy Notice. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it.
AI-assisted text can be incorrect or incomplete. Review descriptions, prices and claims before submitting them. Do not treat generated text as a property inspection or professional advice. Optional AI correction feedback is separate from signup and requires its own action.
7. Reports, account restrictions and service changes
Use Report this listing or the available support tools to raise scams, inaccurate listings, abusive messages or rights complaints. Include the listing reference and relevant facts without publishing someone else's private information. Support replies depend on staff availability.
We may review reports, remove or limit content, pause listings or restrict accounts for rule violations, security reasons or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we provide a reason and an opportunity to ask for review. Immediate action may be necessary for fraud, safety or legal compliance.
Service interruptions and errors can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of every user statement. Responsibility for a loss is determined under applicable law; these terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes to these terms will be identified with a new version and brought to users' attention. We will request renewed agreement where required. Records of the version accepted at signup are retained. Philippine law applies, subject to mandatory rights and the authority of competent courts and regulators.
8. Who is responsible for your information
The operator identified above is responsible for ZamPlace's handling of personal information. This notice describes the current service. Optional features should explain any additional processing when you use them. Philippine data protection rights apply where provided by law.
9. Information and purposes
For registered accounts, we use your username, display name, account type, password hash, session information and signup agreement record to create and secure your account and provide the service. We do not store your plaintext password. Signup collects your email and Philippine mobile number, first and last names, and selected city and barangay. Contact details and home address are private; email and phone remain unverified until their separate verification steps are completed.
We store Looking For requests and replies, private CRM notes, viewing and offer records, team memberships and tasks, saved listings, recent browsing history, and reviews according to the audience explained in each feature. After both participants confirm a completed offer, each may leave feedback about the other. When an author chooses publication, their shortened display name, rating, feedback and optional story appear on the public Success page and may be read by anyone. Authors can edit feedback or withdraw publication in Viewings & offers. Feedback saved without publication remains private to its author and authorized staff. With that publication choice, scores and rating counts may also contribute to public listing and published profile totals. Listing-view statistics use daily deduplication and report aggregate counts to the listing owner; viewer identities are not disclosed. We store information you submit through shared listings, media uploads, private messages, support conversations and reports to provide those functions. Authorized staff may process reports, support requests and relevant evidence to protect users and resolve issues. Information you choose to publish is visible to its intended audience. Phone and email saved in Edit profile are private and are not copied into public profile details. Profile feedback is visible to registered users when its author permits publication; aggregate ratings may be public. Your completed-offer history is private. A property appears in shared closed-deal lists only when both participants publish their review and permit sharing; withdrawing either permission hides that shared deal. Negotiated amounts, private messages and contact information are not shown in profile activity.
Technical information may include network address, request timing, browser information and error/security records. It is used for rate limits, troubleshooting and protecting the service. Necessary processing is based on providing the requested service, applicable obligations or legitimate security interests as permitted by law. Optional processing that relies on consent must be explained separately.
Demo profiles, example analytics and simulated success records are not evidence of real customers or completed transactions. Do not enter sensitive personal information into demo tools.
Identity and document verification
When identity verification is available, ZamPlace may request an ID or relevant supporting document to verify identity, confirm authority to advertise a property, and help prevent fraud. We will explain the required information, purpose, legal basis, access, retention and your choices before collection, and request only information necessary for that purpose.
Verification documents will not be displayed publicly. Access must be restricted to authorized personnel and service providers who need it for the stated purpose, with appropriate organizational and technical safeguards. We do not sell your personal information. Limited disclosure may occur where necessary to provide verification services or comply with law. Verification reduces some risks but does not guarantee that a person or property is free of fraud.
Document collection is not active in this release. Do not send IDs through public listings or ordinary messages. A dedicated verification notice and appropriate consent or other lawful basis must be in place before document collection starts.
11. Retention and account deletion
Account and service records remain while your account is open. You can permanently delete your account from Account settings by confirming your password and typing DELETE. There is no account recovery period. This removes your live account, private details, profile, listings (including items in Deleted), messages, feedback and uploads. Teams you own are dissolved.
Other participants keep their own messages, private notes, feedback and structured deal history. Your account identity and your authored messages are removed and you appear as Deleted user. We cannot remove copies or identifying information that another person independently placed in their own records or downloaded.
When you delete a listing while keeping your account, it is hidden immediately and moved to My listings → Deleted. You can restore it during the next 30 days. Restoration preserves its previous approval status; it cannot bypass moderation. At the deadline restoration stops and automatic cleanup permanently removes the listing and unused uploads, normally within five minutes. Conversations and deal history remain available to their participants with the property shown as Deleted listing.
After you successfully save a replacement or remove a photo or video, we delete the previous upload when no other listing or profile still uses it. Cancelling an edit keeps the currently saved media. Unattached or abandoned uploads are cleaned after 24 hours.
File deletion starts immediately. If storage is temporarily unavailable, the live records stay deleted, affected media cannot be accessed through ZamPlace, and a durable cleanup job retries automatically. We report when file cleanup is still pending instead of claiming it has finished.
Cloudflare D1 keeps automatic database recovery history for up to 30 days (7 days on the Free plan). This history is separate from the live website and cannot be erased per account immediately. We do not use it to restore a deleted account. Before any database recovery is returned to service, deletions must be reapplied. Privacy requests can be sent to support@zamplace.ph.
12. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request information about processing, access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and request deletion or blocking where appropriate. Some requests may be limited by legal, security or other people's rights. Identity may need to be verified before private information is released.
Use available profile or listing controls for supported changes. For other requests, use support through the Help Center while the public mailbox is unavailable. You may also raise a privacy concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission. Withdrawing optional consent does not automatically end processing required for another lawful purpose.
