Browsing property details: Homepage, catalog and Featured cards open shared property details in an overlay. Close with ×, Escape or a click outside to keep the underlying page and filters. Public-property links in Inbox and My Listings also use the overlay. Direct listing URLs remain available.
Shared listings & moderation
Listings are now stored centrally in Cloudflare D1. Every saved listing gets a permanent ID such as ZP-021011. Public thumbnails do not show the ID. Open a property to find Listing ID, Copy ID and Report this listing at the bottom of About this place, just inside its border. These controls remain visible when Read more is collapsed and wrap on mobile. My Listings and Admin retain the ID for managing posts. Editing, pausing, removing and restoring never changes it; IDs are never reused.
For listers
Open My Listings and create a username/password account. Existing browser demo logins do not own server listings. Create a listing using the existing AI conversation or manual form. Save Draft keeps it private; Submit for review sends it to the admin queue. It becomes public after approval. Editing an active listing returns it to review and removes featured placement. You can see your listing status, admin message and history in My Listings. Paused or removed listings cannot be republished by their owner.
For staff
Admin → Listings includes all shared posts, including drafts and removed records. Search by ID, title or owner; filter by status, category, owner ID, featured placement or unresolved reports. Review details and media, then choose Approve, Pause, Request changes, Remove, Restore, Mark duplicate, Feature or Unfeature. Every decision requires a reason visible to the owner and records who acted and when. Duplicate removal links to an existing active original listing. Removal is reversible; there is no permanent-delete button.
Featured listings
Only active listings can be featured. The Owner and Administrators can set a UTC end date or leave the placement open-ended. Expired placements disappear on the next request. Pause, removal, a change request or owner suspension clears featured placement. Restoration requires a new feature decision. Featured is promotional placement, not verification or a paid purchase.
Reports & listers
Choose Report this listing below the property description to open a report dialog. Registered, signed-in visitors can select suspected scam, duplicate, misleading details, inappropriate media or another concern, then enter 10–1,000 characters of detail. Guests and browser-only demo accounts need to sign in first. Closing the report returns to the same property. Submitted reports appear in Admin → Listing reports. One report per account per listing; five per account per day. Staff see the report and reviewer resolution. Closing a report does not automatically change listing status. The dashboard counts open reports; the reported-only listing filter groups work by listing.
Owner/Administrators can restrict posting, suspend or restore lister accounts with a reason. Restricted accounts retain public listings but cannot post or report. Suspended accounts have all public listings hidden and lose featured placements. Existing sessions become invalid; signing in again lets the lister read their status and records. Reinstatement restores visibility of otherwise active listings, but not featured placement. Account history and listing history are recorded separately.
Privacy and media
Staff-only notes are separate from owner-visible reasons. Reporter identity is visible only to authorized staff. Public listing responses exclude owner account IDs, moderation notes and non-public full addresses. Photos and videos upload to a private R2 bucket through the Worker when you save; the AI does not analyze them. Media is publicly served only while attached to an active listing whose owner is not suspended. Owners and authorized staff can still review hidden media. If R2 is not connected, a save containing uploads stops with a clear message and preserves the unsaved draft.
Demo media limits: 10 items per listing; JPEG/PNG/WebP up to 5 MB, MP4/WebM up to 10 MB. 20 uploads/account/day, 100 site-wide/day, 500 MiB stored-data cap and 100,000 media reads/month. Unattached uploads count toward storage. No paid upgrade, automated billing action or AI inference is triggered by admin actions.
Release boundaries
The existing 45 sample catalog listings are migrated once, keeping their numeric references and marked sample owners without logins. No new sample products are added. Old browser-only custom listings are preserved in browser storage but are not automatically assigned to an account; recreate them under the appropriate lister account. Legacy inbox, teams, feed and analytics demonstrations remain local. Automated appeals, email/SMS notifications, editable categories, password recovery and two-factor login are future stages. Admin messages are currently shown inside My Listings. Lister edits support core listing fields and media; detailed structured fields remain preserved.
Product Documentation
Updated September 18, 2026. A reference for the current ZamPlace demo: account roles, listing types, privacy behavior, media rules and marketplace flows.
Opening ZamPlace
ZamPlace shows quiet placeholders for the marketplace, your overview or a property while it checks your account and loads the page. There is no welcome splash screen. The real page appears as soon as it is ready. If loading takes more than five seconds, or something fails, a message and Try loading again become available. Keep JavaScript enabled to use the marketplace.
Signing out of a browser demo returns to the homepage without reloading. Registered accounts still end their secure session before returning home.
Login & sign up
Open Join / Log In and choose Sign up. Select Seeker, Lister, Pro Lister, Host or Partner, then continue to your login details. Your chosen type is saved with your account. Standard signup opens Explore for Seekers or Overview for providers; a task you started, such as creating a listing, can continue instead. You can add or switch account types later.
Your username is used to log in: 3–40 letters, numbers, dots, underscores or hyphens, with no spaces. Your display name is the name other users see. Passwords require 10–128 characters; use Show/Hide to check what you entered. Change account type keeps your entered details. Terms and Privacy links open separately.
Expand Try a demo account for the nine sample logins. Demo access does not sign you in to shared listings or private messages. Registered accounts use salted password hashes and secure HttpOnly session cookies. Sign out ends the registered session.
Password recovery is not available yet. Keep your password somewhere safe; login help suggests checking saved browser or password-manager credentials. Support chat requires sign-in and cannot recover a locked-out account. No email-delivery service is connected to send reset links.
Demo accounts & sample data
The refreshed demo has 50 fictional seekers and four providers, each with an AI-generated photo of a fictional person. Five seekers and one Lister, Pro Lister, Host and Partner are available in the one-click demo chooser. The other 45 seekers appear in sample activity only.
Try Isabella Cruz, Gabriel Cruz, Sofia Cruz, Daniel Cruz or Camille Cruz as a Seeker. Provider logins are Adrian Ramos (Lister), Clara Villanueva (Pro Lister), Mateo Dizon (Host) and Bianca Torres (Partner). Every account name ends in (demo).
There are 48 sample listings across all 16 categories, with titles ending in (Demo). Every provider has sample viewers, 32 leads, pipeline stages, conversations, viewings, offers, tasks and analytics. These fictional examples are not real offers, verified customers or real performance claims.
Demo messages and CRM edits stay in this browser. Demo access does not grant server publishing or administrator permissions. Regular account login is required for shared activity. Admin accounts are maintained separately and are not reset with the samples.
Try a demo accountUser types
Primary Account Type
During sign up, a user can choose any ZamPlace account type. The selected role becomes the user’s Primary Account Type and remains the default dashboard even when that user has zero active listings. For example, a hotel that signs up as Host stays a Host before creating its first stay listing. Provider accounts do not show the Explore page while a provider role is active. To browse/search/save like a Seeker, the user can switch to the Seeker role from the same account.
Seeker
I’m looking to buy, rent, or find a place to stay. Seeker tools include My Properties, private saved/recent activity, viewings, deals, connections and shared Looking For requests.
Lister
I own a property I want to sell or rent. Use this for personally controlled houses, lots, apartments, boarding houses, or spaces.
Pro Lister
I’m a licensed real-estate professional managing listings. Future verification can show the actual professional designation and license details separately.
Host
I manage a hotel, resort, transient house, or vacation rental. A Host remains a Host even with no active stays yet and sees onboarding to create the first listing.
Partner
I represent a developer, company, or property business managing multiple properties or projects (e.g. multiple commercial spaces, subdivision units, apartment buildings, rental properties, or development projects).
Multiple roles: one login can add several account types and switch the active dashboard view at any time. The user can also choose which added role is the Primary Account Type. Explore is shown only while Seeker is the active role. Lister, Pro Lister, Host and Partner views instead open What People Are Looking For.
Property types
Listing modes
Buy is for properties offered for sale. Rent is for longer-term rental inventory. Stay is for nightly/short-stay accommodations such as hotels and vacation rentals. Event is for event venues and booking-oriented venue listings.
Two ways to create a listing
When a Lister, Pro Lister, Host or Partner clicks + Listing, ZamPlace offers Create with AI and Fill out manually. AI organizes pasted details into the matching form; manual entry starts with a property type. Both paths share a photo/video gallery and show only relevant form sections.
Event Venue
Shows venue type, seated/standing capacity, indoor/outdoor setup, parking capacity, event hours, catering and alcohol policies, event types, facilities, inclusions and add-ons. Land title, right-of-way and financing fields are hidden.
Stay / hospitality
Hotels, inns, resorts and vacation rentals show maximum guests, sleeping setup, check-in/out, minimum stay, house rules and guest amenities instead of sale-document fields.
Residential rental
House, apartment, boarding-house and room rentals show advance payment, deposit, minimum lease, pet policy and included utilities.
Commercial space
Commercial types show intended business uses plus floor area, frontage, parking, loading access, signage and operating restrictions.
Land / sale
Land and sale-oriented listings keep title, ownership, access, right-of-way, document, financing and other due-diligence fields where they are relevant.
The property type can be changed before publishing, and ZamPlace recalculates which sections should be visible.
Public listing details
The shared detail page shows Listing ID, copy/share controls, title, price, location, lister display name, media, description and expandable property information. Signed-in visitors can submit a report. Featured placement is clearly distinguished from verification. The original inbox/booking demonstrations are not connected to the new shared account system.
Beach resorts, cottages & swimming pools
Choose Resort as the property type. Use the rate breakdown to price by cottage, adult entrance, adult pool admission, overnight room or exclusive booking. Choose a day, session or night rate. Day-use pricing hides irrelevant overnight fields.
Specify whether entrance is included or additional, the adult fee, optional child fee and its age/height rule, whether pool access is included or optional at an additional price, capacity and access hours. Zero is allowed for a free child rate; leaving it blank means no separate child rate is specified.
Cards identify the main unit and additional adult entrance fee. The detail page shows the full breakdown to visitors and members. Rates are per unit/person rather than a group total; budget filters and sorting use the base rate. The structured breakdown replaces manual display prices and discount badges while enabled; describe special conditions in the notes.
Ten new fictional Demo Resort listings show beach cottages, beach entrance, pool day/session admission and exclusive pool hire. These are illustrative examples, not real resort offers. Three examples are Featured within their demo promotion window.
Photos & videos
AI chat and manual creation share one gallery. Choose the first/cover visual, preview, then save to upload. Unsaved previews disappear on reload; saved media is shared via protected Cloudflare R2 storage. Maximum 10 items, 5 MB per image and 10 MB per video. Shared-upload setup is required; failures keep the draft in the form. See storage and moderation rules.
Location, barangays, landmarks & map
ZamPlace search and Seeker requests use structured City / Municipality → Barangay dropdowns instead of free-text location entry. This reduces spelling differences and improves matching. The MVP includes the Zamboanga del Sur city/municipality directory with a detailed Pagadian City barangay Demo list; the production launch should load the complete official barangay directory.
Budget fields use an automatic ₱ prefix and number formatting for minimum and maximum budgets.
Listings now have a dedicated Nearby landmarks / places field. Sellers and Hosts can mention recognizable roads, schools, hospitals, markets, malls, terminals, offices, tourist spots or other places and include approximate distance or travel time when known.
The listing detail page shows landmarks separately and offers a Show satellite map button. Google Maps loads only when opened, with satellite imagery, labels, pan, zoom and fullscreen controls. Owners can place or drag a pin during creation or editing, enter coordinates, or remove the pin. Approximate locations are reduced in precision on the server and shown as an area; exact pins are public only when the owner chooses exact display. Listings without pins show a labeled regional reference, never an invented property position. Pins and imagery do not verify property ownership or boundaries.
Listing transparency & disclosures
ZamPlace collects structured information that is often missing from social-media property posts. The goal is to help Seekers compare properties before arranging a viewing and to encourage Listers, Hosts, Pro Listers and Partners to disclose known limitations clearly.
Additional Information
A general free-text field for useful details that do not fit the standard fields, such as inclusions, neighborhood notes, nearby landmarks, house rules, operating details, or other context.
Seller Disclosure / Honest Issues
A dedicated public section for known concerns or limitations: repairs needed, flooding history, access/right-of-way concerns, tenant occupancy, unfinished work, title/document concerns, boundary issues, and similar material details.
Access & right of way
Listings can disclose direct/shared/interior access, easement or right-of-way status, road width, and road surface. These details are especially important for land.
Documents & encumbrance
Listers can state whether documents are available for review and disclose whether a mortgage, lien, encumbrance, or verification concern is known.
Utilities & financing
Structured checkboxes cover electricity, water, internet, drainage/septic and backup power, plus cash, bank financing, possible Pag-IBIG, installment or seller-financing options.
Condition & occupancy
Building/unit listings can state property condition, occupancy, year built, floors, parking, furnishing and renovation/repair history.
Land / Lot title and ownership status
Land-only listings reveal a dedicated section with these choices: Mother Title, Individual / Separate Title, Complete Title / Ready for Transfer, Tax Declaration Only, Processing / Subdivision in Progress, and Other. Choosing Other reveals a textbox for a plain-language explanation. The same section can capture land use/classification, frontage, depth, terrain, corner-lot status, fencing or boundary markers.
Other structured fields
Listings can show price negotiability, viewing availability, exact-versus-approximate public location, optional reason for listing, price history, last verified date, and separate verification badges such as Identity Verified, Location Verified, Photos Verified, Documents Reviewed and Availability Verified.
Seller declaration: the Demo form requires the Lister/Host/Partner to confirm that the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that known material issues have been disclosed. ZamPlace verification badges should remain specific; they must not imply that ZamPlace legally guarantees ownership, title validity, property condition or financing eligibility.
Looking For: one post, two places
A seeker can post from Currently looking for on their profile or from the main Looking For page. Both display the same record. Editing, pausing, marking Found a property, or deleting a request from either place updates both.
Describe your search
Choose property type, rent/buy/stay/venue intent, city and barangay, budget range and period, optional target date, intended use and notes.
Choose your audience
New posts default to ZamPlace members. Everyone also allows visitors; Only me keeps the request visible only in your own management views. Existing public demo requests remain public. The homepage carousel shows active requests permitted for its audience.
Replies and suggestions
Sign in to read conversations and reply. Providers can attach up to five of their matching listings; seekers can reply and mark helpful responses. Paused or completed requests stop accepting new replies.
Browse more requests
The main seeker and provider feeds show 12 requests per page. The owner’s profile shows six requests per page. Provider filters include type, use, location and status.
Business-use matching
Commercial listings keep property type separate from intended use. Owners of Space for Rent, Office Space, Retail Space, Warehouse and Commercial Building listings can select multiple “Suitable for” tags such as Office, Coffee Shop / Café, Restaurant, Bar / Lounge, Mini Store, Mini Grocery, Convenience Store, Salon / Barbershop, Clinic / Pharmacy, Coworking, Showroom, Warehouse / Storage, Distribution / Fulfillment, Small Gym, Laundry Shop and more.
Seekers can filter Explore using multi-select checklist dropdowns for property type, location, intended use and availability. Multiple choices inside one filter work as OR choices, while different filter groups work together as AND conditions. Selected filters appear above the results as removable chips, so a Seeker can remove one city, property type, intended use or availability state without clearing the rest. Results are matched against the owner-selected Suitable for tags. Seeker Looking For requests can also include an intended use, and provider reply pickers rank matching tagged listings first.
Inbox & messaging
All ZamPlace account types share one Inbox under the same login. It shows previous conversations, unread/new messages, the other user’s profile photo and online/offline indicator, and an optional clickable listing card tied to the conversation. Users can reply inside an existing thread or start a New Message. Messages started from a listing or Viewer Insights are added to the same Inbox.
Team Access & multi-workspace collaboration
Team Access is separate from the user’s Primary Account Type. A user remains a Host, Lister, Pro Lister or Partner while also owning or joining one or many property-team workspaces. The workspace switcher controls which team’s listings and permitted tools are being used; switching teams does not change the user’s normal ZamPlace account type.
Multiple workspaces
One ZamPlace login can use My Account plus several independent teams. A member can be an Owner in one workspace, a Property Manager in another and a Listing Assistant in another. The current workspace is shown with a persistent Working in indicator.
Owner
Full workspace control: team members, permissions, listing approval, publishing, leads, Inbox, calendar, analytics and workspace settings.
Admin
Can manage members, approvals, listings, leads, Inbox, calendar and analytics. Workspace ownership/settings remain with the Owner.
Property Manager
Can manage and publish team listings and work with leads, Inbox, calendar and analytics, but cannot manage members or approve Listing Assistant submissions.
Listing Assistant
Can create and edit Team Drafts, upload listing information and submit a Draft for review. Listing Assistants cannot directly publish, change live listing status, access team leads, Inbox, calendar or analytics.
Approval workflow
Create/Edit Draft → Preview → Submit for Approval → Owner/Admin Review → Approve & Publish. The Approval Queue shows the preparer and review state, and the Activity Log records who performed team actions.
My Teams navigation
My Teams supports Grid/List layouts and six teams per page. Open a team to use Members, Approvals and Activity tabs. The More menu separates workspace tools from account type controls.
Invitations, activity and security
Owners/Admins can invite another ZamPlace user and assign a workspace role. Direct invitations can be accepted; joining through a team code creates a request requiring Owner/Admin approval. Members always use their own ZamPlace login; Team Access is specifically designed to avoid password sharing. A Team Activity Log records actions using both the shared workspace identity and the individual member who performed the action.
MVP storage and production model
The current Demo stores teams, memberships, invitations and selected-workspace state in browser localStorage using zp_teamAccess and zp_activeWorkspace. Demo listings can carry workspaceId, approval status, preparer and approver metadata. In production, every team-owned listing, lead, conversation, viewing, offer and analytics event should be keyed by a server-side workspace_id. Membership and role permissions must be enforced by the backend/database as well as the interface; browser-only permission checks are not sufficient security.
Online / offline profile indicators
Profile photos can display a presence ring: green when the Demo user is online and gray when offline. In the real launch, online status should be driven by authenticated activity/presence rather than a manually assigned Demo value, and users should be able to control presence privacy.
Profile audiences & private activity
Visitor seeker profiles use Name L.; signed-in members see the full name. Profile photos are hidden from visitors by default with a neutral silhouette. The owner can enable public photo visibility. Cover photos are visible to both audiences, and owners can optionally share their confirmed-deal count.
Saved properties, recently viewed properties, viewings and detailed deals remain in the owner’s private profile area. Visitor/member previews do not display those tabs or private contact details. Request visibility applies on both the profile and feed.
Viewer Insights and CRM include seeded demo activity. They do not establish that real visitors have consented to identification. Real audience protection and authentication require a backend; this frontend demo is not a secure store for sensitive personal information.
Shared listing states
Draft → Pending review → Active. Admins may Pause, Request changes or Remove. Owners cannot bypass moderation by resubmitting a paused/removed listing. Removed entries retain their ID and audit trail. Restoration is a reviewed admin action.
Marketplace behavior
Explore uses multi-select property, location, intended-use and availability filters with removable chips. Property details include media, disclosures and similar listings. Provider profiles show their active inventory; seeker profiles show audience-permitted Looking For requests.
Featured placement is visually labeled and does not imply verification or a property guarantee. Likes and private saves remain separate listing actions; the seeker’s Saved tab combines them into one deduplicated shortlist.
Featured listings
Admin-selected active listings appear on the homepage and Featured page. Owners and Administrators can feature/unfeature and set an expiry. This is not a verification badge or paid purchase. Pausing, removing, requesting changes, editing or suspending the owner clears placement. Restored listings need a new feature decision.
Chat-style listing creation
Choose Create with AI, paste your post and attach photos/videos. The assistant fills the form behind the scenes and asks for important missing details one at a time. Reply with an amount such as 15k; if the payment period is unknown, it asks you to confirm it. Boarding houses require a monthly person/room basis; inns require a stay duration or nightly rate. Simple price and period answers need no AI request. Complex additions or corrections send a bounded current-draft snapshot and your latest reply to Cloudflare extraction and count toward existing quotas.
Once complete: “Your draft is ready! Would you like to add more details or preview your listing?” Choose Add more details to keep chatting or attaching media, Edit details for the form, or Preview listing for a separate full-screen listing preview. Preview includes Back to chat, Edit details, Save Draft and Publish Listing. Publishing requires an explicit accuracy confirmation. Previewing never publishes. Your fields, conversation and media remain while navigating these screens.
Chat prompts are in English; generated listing content supports English, Filipino and Cebuano. This is a guided property assistant, not a general-purpose chatbot. Optional or specialized details can be edited in the form. Long requests and provider/quota failures leave the existing draft and attachments available. No conversation automatically becomes AI correction memory.
The conversation is temporary page state, not server history. Reloading or starting a new listing clears it. Save a completed draft before leaving; listings remain stored in this browser demo, and local media previews reset on reload. No paid upgrade, wallet, admin login or staff management is included in this update.
AI listing creation BETA
Open + Listing. Create with AI lets you paste a post or rough notes and attach photos/videos on the same screen. Select English, Filipino or Cebuano and press Send details. The AI identifies the property type and purpose and fills supported fields: public location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, furnishing, advance/deposit, minimum lease, pets, utilities, guests, check-in/out, house rules and accommodation rates. Extra details remain in the description. Missing facts stay blank; highlighted required fields and clarification questions guide review.
Fill out manually starts with the property type. The existing AI Listing Assistant remains available to draft a title and description from your confirmed facts. Both paths require a preview and seller confirmation before publishing. No AI output is published automatically. Check all values, particularly prices, durations and negative statements. Drafts and published demo listings still live only in this browser.
Everyday prices: 15k, P15,000 and ₱15,000 mean ₱15,000; 2.5m means ₱2,500,000. The payment period must be supplied or confirmed. AI separates rent from advance/deposit and preserves negotiability in the description. Never assume that a price without a unit is monthly or nightly.
Boarding House: under Rent, monthly by person/bed space or room. Multiple rate options are supported, with available spaces, shared/private bathrooms, included utilities and rules. If “2.5k” has no person/room basis, confirm that basis before publishing.
Inn: under Stay, with separate rates such as ₱350 / 3 hours and ₱600 / 6 hours, optional extra-hour charges, rules and check-in/out. A 24-hour package stays distinct from a per-night rate. Cards show the lowest option with its unit and “From” when there are several rates. Full details list every option. Price filters use the lowest base amount, not a normalized monthly/nightly price. Inquiries do not confirm room availability or take payment.
No new Boarding House or Inn sample listings were added. Existing demo inventory is retained. Categories and property filters include both types.
Limits and privacy: Cloudflare Workers AI handles bounded text requests. Photos/videos are local attachments and are not analyzed. Both AI tools share a limit of 20 attempts app-wide and 10 per network per UTC day, with a 20-second cooldown. Failures also count. Manual creation remains available when AI is unavailable. No paid upgrade or wallet was enabled.
The Analytics preview is interactive: select up to six metrics, inspect tooltips, compare trends and replay series animations. It uses a fixed illustrative dataset, not real visitors, inquiries or account analytics. The sample has no account or record-writing connection.
Features page
features.html is the public product overview. It explains what ZamPlace can do for Seekers and property providers without turning the homepage into documentation. Detailed operating instructions remain here in Documentation, while the homepage stays focused on the marketplace journey.
Public ZamPlace Success page
success.html is intentionally public and can be opened without signing in. It reads Closed Won opportunity data from the local Demo CRM when available and only includes outcomes marked Confirmed by both parties in the official headline success total and public story cards. Provider-reported wins are shown only as an awaiting-confirmation count until the other side confirms. Seeker identities remain private by default. In this front-end MVP, bundled Demo outcomes are used as a fallback so the public page can be previewed before the production database is connected.
Seeker profile & cover photos
Open Profile or My Properties to see your identity, bio, Currently looking for posts and private property tabs. Edit your bio, general location, languages and profile photo. Use Preview as visitor and Preview as member to inspect each audience’s view.
Choose Add cover photo or Change cover, select a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB, adjust its vertical position and save. The editor previews the chosen image. Remove it to restore the green default background. Covers are public even when the circular profile photo is hidden from visitors.
Copy profile link creates a stable profile URL. Seeded demo profiles are available on a fresh browser; newly created profiles and their uploaded media are available only where this demo data was saved until a shared backend is connected.
My Listings
The shared My Listings workspace shows only records belonging to the signed-in lister. Copy IDs, inspect details/history, read admin reasons, edit core fields and media, and submit for review. The old team and local provider tools remain demonstrations; they do not grant ownership or publication rights to shared records.
Date ranges: Overview and the interactive Features sample support custom From/To dates, this/last month, this/last calendar quarter, this/last year and All Time, alongside shorter presets. Current periods end today; previous periods are complete. All Time starts at available history. Generated sample views start January 1 of last year. The range changes chart buckets, totals and comparison periods; sample numbers remain illustrative.
Overview presentation: Views, Saves and Inquiries appear as lines, with New Leads, Viewings and Offers as grouped bars by default. Select up to six metrics; Closed Won can replace another selection. Hover near a line or tap its legend to highlight it. Selecting or reselecting a metric replays its reveal animation, unless reduced motion is enabled. Actual counts share a zero-based scale; Compare trends uses each metric’s own peak as 100% and keeps actual counts in tooltips. Expand chart opens a larger view with the current data-source label.
Analytics: traffic, actions & outcomes
Overview’s Analytics Preview combines interest lines with grouped customer-action bars on one daily or weekly timeline. Hover, tap or use arrow keys to see selected metric counts. Full Analytics keeps its separate traffic chart and action totals. Select up to six metrics: Views uses a traffic line, and selected customer actions use separate bars. Views mean successful listing-detail opens; showing a card does not add a view. Repeat opens add views, while recorded unique viewers are deduplicated within the browser’s selected reporting range. Listing Clicks is no longer a separate metric.
Choose dates, a property and Daily/Weekly grouping. Longer ranges initially group consecutive seven-day periods; partial periods are labeled. Previous-period lines are optional. Hover close to the line to highlight it; tap or click to pin/unpin, use the legend or press Escape to clear. Lines, bars, outcome rings and counters animate where supported, and respect reduced-motion settings.
Sample views starts enabled for chart testing. Turn it off to inspect recorded listing opens. Samples never change the recorded ledger or listing-card counts. Report downloads identify the selected source. CRM and outcomes also contain demo records; browser-local reporting is not a measurement of traffic across all visitors or devices.
What this demo stores
One-click demo profiles, CRM activity and team examples use browser storage. Clearing site data can erase local changes. Registered accounts, shared listings, private messages and support conversations use Cloudflare D1; saved shared media uses R2. Demo profiles do not grant access to registered users or staff tools.
AI-assisted listing creation is available within the app limits. Help topics use prepared answers. Human support requests enter the staff inbox, but replies depend on agent availability. Demo verification badges and success records are examples, not independent checks of real people or properties.
AI correction memory BETA
After Create my draft fills your form, editing a supported field reveals Help improve AI interpretations. Choose the corrected field, enter the short phrase AI misunderstood, review the before/after values, and explicitly consent before submitting. Submission is optional and does not affect saving your listing. For prices, include the original amount, such as “2.5k per head monthly”. Do not share names, addresses, contacts, changed property facts or personal writing preferences.
Owner approval: submissions start pending. The correction review page requires a separate private owner key; demo account roles cannot approve examples. The owner can approve, reject or revoke an interpretation. Check privacy and accuracy before approval. No examples are seeded automatically.
How AI remembers: Cloudflare D1 stores approved phrase interpretations. On future prompt-to-form requests, up to three matching examples in the selected language are included as context. Current listing facts take priority. This does not retrain the model, guarantee accuracy, change old listings, analyze media, or learn automatically from every edit. The manual title/description assistant does not use this memory.
Storage and control: correction memory stores only the submitted phrase, field, before/after values, language, review status and timestamps, plus security hashes. Full prompts, photos and account profiles are not saved in this memory. Automated privacy checks are limited; owner review is required. Corrections remain until withdrawn; rejection or revocation stops reuse but keeps the record. Use Withdraw this correction or My submissions on this browser on the review page to erase the phrase and values. Withdrawal receipts are stored locally; clearing browser storage loses access to them. Database backup recovery may retain earlier data temporarily.
Demo limits: at most 500 approved examples, 5,000 correction records, 20 submissions per network and 100 site-wide per UTC day. Old submission counters are pruned after two days when submissions arrive. Submitting/reviewing corrections uses no AI inference. Matching examples add some input tokens to normal AI requests. Existing AI caps remain 10 attempts per network, 20 site-wide daily, with a 20-second cooldown. No paid plan or wallet was enabled. If memory lookup is unavailable, draft generation continues without examples.
Guest support: Talk to an Agent is available without signing in. A private browser cookie lets a guest return to their own conversation for up to 30 days. Clearing cookies or switching browsers ends access; this does not create a marketplace account. Staff see these requests marked Guest. Do not send passwords or identity documents in ordinary support chat.
Talk to support
Open Get help, then choose Talk to an Agent. Registered Seekers, Listers, Pro Listers, Hosts and Partners can choose a topic and send their issue. Guests and one-click demo profiles can request support without signing in, using a private guest chat session.
Press Request an agent to submit; opening the form alone does not send a request. After you see Request sent, the conversation appears in Admin → Support Inbox → Waiting requests. Support staff land in this inbox after login. Select a request, then choose Accept chat to reply. Staff can also transfer, resolve or reopen conversations.
You can have one open support request at a time. Close the window and return to read saved replies. Customers and staff must use the same site: local previews use separate test data. Staff can check the waiting count in the menu or use Refresh requests in the inbox.
Messages update every five seconds while the chat is open and visible. Agents can mark themselves available while their inbox is open. If an agent is away, your message stays saved; email and push notifications are not included. Messages can contain up to 4,000 characters.
After requesting an agent, both you and support staff can use Attach images or videos. Send up to three files per message, with or without text: JPEG, PNG or WebP images/screenshots up to 5 MB each, and MP4 or WebM videos up to 10 MB each. Preview received images and play videos inside the conversation. Remove a selected file before sending if you change your mind.
Choose End chat and confirm when you are finished. This closes the request but keeps its messages and attachments. You can then leave an optional 1–5 star rating and up to 500 characters of feedback. One rating is saved per conversation and is visible to support staff. Closing the window alone leaves the chat open.
Support conversations and ratings are stored in Cloudflare D1; private attachments use Cloudflare R2. Only the customer and authorized staff can access them. They are separate from private conversations with property owners. The help-topic assistant uses prepared answers; human support requests go to staff.
Admin access & staff roles
Footer → Admin → staff sign in → dashboard. Only the Owner manages staff accounts, temporary passwords and roles. Owner and Administrator manage listings, lister restrictions, featured placement, reports, AI knowledge and audit history. Moderator reviews reports, pauses listings, requests changes and adds notes. Support reads marketplace records, adds private notes and accepts customer support requests. Moderators can also handle listing or safety support conversations assigned to them. Owner and Administrator can manage all support conversations. AI reviewer manages approved AI examples only and has no support inbox access. Every permission is checked by the server. Staff password changes, disablement or role changes invalidate their sessions. When creating staff, the Owner enters both a login username and a display name. Every staff role can update its own display name under My profile after changing any temporary password. Customers see the display name in support chats; the login username stays the same.
